At its August 25 meeting, Council referred our request to SAA's Committee on Education. The Committee on Education has established a subcommittee to investigate accreditation and will present a report for Council's consideration before next summer's annual meeting. If you are interested in this issue, either for or against it, I encourage you to comment in public forums (including this one) and respond to the subcommittee's request for comment when it is made later in the year.
